Alex Chaloff, Senior Portfolio Manager, Bernstein Global Wealth Management
Mr. Chaloff is a Senior Portfolio Manager and a member of the Private Client Investment Policy Group. Prior to joining Bernstein in 2005, he was a managing director at Wilshire Associates Incorporated, serving on the investment committee. At Wilshire, Mr. Chaloff oversaw the institutional client service group, managing global client relationships with total assets under management of over $13 billion. He structured the investment programs of Fortune 500 companies and developed the portfolio construction for multiple mutual fund complexes. From 1994 to 1999, he held several positions at Investors Bank & Trust Company in Boston, departing as senior client relationship officer. Mr. Chaloff earned a B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland at College Park and an M.B.A with a concentration in finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Bernie Rosenthal, Chief Executive Officer, Reaction Design
Most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Tensilica Inc., a software and semiconductor intellectual property company he co-founded. Previously, he served as Director of Marketing for the Silicon Architects Group of Synopsys, the leading supplier of design automation software to the electronics market. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Systems Interface Products at Applied Microcircuits Corporation (AMCC), and held a variety of sales and technical leadership positions at both AMCC and TRW Incorporated. He was awarded a BSEE, an MSISE and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Christophe Schilling, PhD, President, Genomatica
Dr. Schilling is one of the two founders of Genomatica together with Bernhard Palsson. Dr. Schilling received his doctoral degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego where he was a Powell Foundation and Whitaker Foundation Fellow. Dr. Schilling also holds a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University where he was a Howard Hughes Undergraduate Research Fellow. He is a co-author of numerous scientific articles in the fields of systems biology and modeling, and he is an inventor on a number of patent filings surrounding the Company's core technologies. He was featured in the February 2001 edition of Genome Technology as one of 16 "up and comers" who have the talent and drive to make great strides in science, technology, and business. In 2003 he was named one of the top 100 young innovators under 35 whose innovative work in technology will have a profound impact on the world as selected by MIT's Technology Review magazine.

Anthony J. Arand, CEO and President, Envirepel
Mr. Arand directs and allocates the company's resources to most efficiently accomplish Envirepel Energy's mission. As the founder and one of the chief architects of the combustion technology, he also consults on technology, regulatory and engineering issues. Mr. Arand has continuous work experience in engineering, chemical manufacturing, production, sales, field applications, university and private contractor research, and regulatory actions including product registrations, lobbying and regulations. He holds patents in selective organic chemistry extraction and petroleum reformulation using low temperature catalytic process. He started his Aerospace career as a Mechanical Engineer for Hughes Aircraft in 1980. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Sanjay Wagle, Vice President, VantagePoint Venture Partners
Sanjay brings six years of experience in private equity and project finance, with a focus on the clean technologies sector, including renewable energy, clean water, transportation and materials. Prior to
VantagePoint, he served as a Principal and member of the founding team of Expansion Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investing in clean technologies. Sanjay previously served as an Associate and Assistant to the Chairman of Blum Capital Partners, and as an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, a unit of the World Bank where he focused on leading and structuring project financing for private sector infrastructure projects in the power, transport and water sectors. Sanjay attended Harvard University (BA) and the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley (MBA).
